What makers do they offer? Is there a large selection of makers to choose from, or are many of the carpet makers offered come from nearby. This will also tell you a lot about the store and the kind of business the store does.

Does the store offer delivery? This is a question that you will need to ask. If the store does offer this service what if any is the cost of delivery. Yo may find that it is cheaper to borrow a friends truck in order to bring the carpet home. If they do not offer delivery then this will need to happen anyway.

Ask if the store offers some sort of free delivery on your purchase. If the answer is no, then find out what the charge for delivery is and see if that is a price that you are willing to pay. If you can not justify the price of having the carpet delivered, then consider taking it home in a friends truck.
