There are thousands of free classified ads directories that you can use for this effect, however there is a particular one that i recommend: UsFreeads. Its a free directory and allows you to have your classified ads showing up on the google search engine in exchange of a small fee.

On forums you can write your own signature. If you dont know what that is, is something that will always be seen by people when you make a post. By helping people on forums related to your product you will get respect and credibility and this may lead some people to click on your link and make a purchase.
All of these methods do not require a website. Once you have choose the one you are good at it and start making money, then you can consider to make your own website and profit even more.
