Those men who want to pursue this profession need to enrol in a nursing College in India and complete a degree in nursing. They have to clear the certifying exam for practising as registered nurses. Although a higher degree like Masters in nursing or B.Sc in nursing may also be needed for career development in future! These days, a number of universities are offering admissions for Nursing or online nursing programs also in order to motivate students to begin this demanding profession. All such encouraging factors in addition to the transformation in the conventional perception of nursing will certainly open the doors for every gender to make a thriving career in nursing.
