Mantri Developers claims that it is going construct the tallest residential complex in Gachibowli

,Hyderabad's IT corridor. This is their first residential property called Mantri Celestia. The 24 floors apartment project, comprising 1,152 flats, is expected to be ready by 2011.

Mantri Celestia spread across 11 acres will offer 2 and 3 BHK flats with prices starting at Rs 3,440 per sq ft. The apartment will have six towers of 24 floors each. According to the company,the project will see an investment of about Rs 350 crore. Funding will be done through debt,internal accruals and advances from customers.

Mantri Developers has come up with an innovative scheme to lure investors - a no EMI scheme till delivery of the flat. Potential buyers can book a flat by paying Rs 3.5 lakh upfront and not worry about intsallments until the delivery of the flat.

According to Mantri Developers they have ensured that the buyer is at an advantage with the AP government regulations. Apartments that are less than 1,200 sq ft attract no stamp duty and concessional registration charges at 2.5 per cent.

Mantri Celestia offers the advantage of the globally popular concept of "Walk to Work"." Mantri Celestia offers amenities such as gymnasium, health club with sauna, aerobics hall, Squash court and Billiards rooms besides salon for men and women. Outdoor amenities include swimming pool, paved garden walk, jogging trail, promenade, senior citizen's area and basketball post.
