Training is one thing you must do to improve speed and endurance. Try to gear up with proper equipments such as good running shoes that absorb shock and resistance from pressure. Wear socks that wont harm your feet while running, cotton socks are not recommended but choose the ones that are elastic and can keep up with your action.
