Presence and strategy as well as psychology create a big impact on the way people see your business. And whether you are selling products or services, it is just the same: you need to have a team of people who can undertake the task of making your name known to as many people as possible.

Remember, everyone is a potential costumer or client, but these people will not realize that they are a costumer if you don't let them know it.

You have to market your product known and you have to hire people to make it possible. Okay, it is possible to do it on your own. But again, you are trying to compete with different people with the same objective, many are more creative than you are and many have the finances to support their products.

Again, if you have to ask the question, "why marketing requires a team of people," one word: competition. Competition makes your life and business complicated. Competition makes businesses raise and fall. Competition makes you become a better business person. Competition is tough, but you have to fight and beat others fair and square.
