Marriage vows are promises couples make to each other during their wedding ceremony. Wedding vows are a reflection of the bride and groom's personality and sets the tone for their journey as a couple, hopefully for the rest of their lives. It is human nature to resist change, but change is necessary because decisions will involve two people instead of one. Just like other things change in life, marriage demands change to allow you to grow and evolve. A couple must be committed not only to each other but to the marriage relationship. Marriage is hard work and requires sacrafice from time to time. It requires working through problems and finding solutions you both can live with. Marriage takes strong commitment and honoring vows to each other.Marriage commitment requires trusting each other, understanding each other and unconditional love for each other.Also remember, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, until death do us part.Traditional marriage vows are the most common. Below is an example of atraditional and modern marriage vows;

to be willing to face changes in order to keep our relationship

alive and exciting.

I promise to love you in good times and bad,

with all I have to give and all I feel inside in the only way I know how.
