When you walk in someone else's shoes you gain a lot from that person. How many of us actually do that? None of us. There are some of our ideas and practices that don't respect either gender. It is these worn out ideas and practices that hinder and stunt our growth as respecting men and women. In practicing to be a better more empowered person, be respectful of men and women. Don't let tired worn out ideas and practices stunt your growth. When we integrate the standards with respect for each other, we learn to treat each other as we want to be treated, not just as man or woman.
