Mass Strength Implementing Three Unused And Super Powered Exercise Movements
Were you aware that there are thousands of exercises that most people don't even know about
? There are actually 3 particularly I'd like to talk about.
These lifts, if included with your routines, should blast your whole body out of any fat you're trying to lose. Obviously they're also acceptable for building muscle!

Front Squat - Now there's an exercise that no one ever does! This exercise is simply a squat with the weight in front of your body. Therefore they're much more difficult, but additionally melt off much more fat. My suggestion would be to try and include these in 2-3 workout routines each week to get maximum results. Make sure that you use a full range of motion, or else you're squandering your time.
My next exercise for you to try is the reverse hyper extension (or reverse hypers). First, you'll need to get on a reverse hyper extension machine. You are going to pick yourself up onto a bench, or a platform, and you will leave your lower limbs off so they're off of the edge. Next, you'll connect your legs into a pendulum like device that swings under you. From here all you are doing is swing the pendulum backward and forward with your legs. The effect is a strong workout of the glutes, hamstrings and lower back.
My final workout that you can try is none other than the overhead press. The overhead press is precisely like it sounds...All you do is press a weight over your shoulders! Either two dumb bells or simply a barbell. This motion ends up as a terrific workout for most of the chest muscles. And also this helps to construct your ab muscle, as it takes so much work to maintain a stable core with this movement.
Really, I'm not kidding about these exercises. They help, and they help a lot. Get started including them in your workouts and you'll start to see some major results.
