Therefore, if you want to become part of the real thing, you need to learn and train hard. There is no other way than to face this simple fact. You should master the basic skills first and get into strength training.

A rugby game is a test of strength. Whoever has the most strength will win the brawl and your team gets to pick up the ball and gets a chance to score.

Getting into a youth rugby league is just a preparation for you to become a professional ball player. There is no such thing as short cut when you want to master rugby in your youth. As long as you persevere, learn and be determined enough, you can get into the real thing.
