Material Handling Distributors Commemorate Anniversaries

Dewitt, NY November 15, 2010: The Fourth Quarter 2010 issue of The MHEDA Journal, the leading online magazine for the forklift, storage and handling, and general material handling equipment industries, recognizes 70-plus material handling equipment distributors and suppliers who reached a milestone anniversary in 2010. (The magazine defines a company as celebrating a milestone anniversary if it was founded in a year ending in a 5 or a 0.) All are members of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA).

Some of the companies are choosing to save money rather than celebrate too fancily, while others are commemorating their anniversaries with customer open houses, holiday parties, employee awards, breakfasts, and even, in one case, special golf balls. The profiled companies range in age from 5 years to 165 years old, with a variety of primary lines in lift trucks, engineered systems, storage & handling products, scales and more. The companies span the nation and beyond, from New Jersey to Texas to Washington to Canada. Each company is still thriving in the material handling equipment distribution industry and looks to celebrate many more anniversaries in the years to come.
