3. The technological parameter of artificial sand production should be optimized depending on the characteristics of the equipment. At the same time, it is better to strengthen the maintenance of the equipment, replacing the easy wear equipment in time to stabilize the quality of artificial sand. In general, the feeding size of the sand maker should be controlled about 20mm. The fineness modulus of artificial sand should be controlled through debugging the angle and the mesh size of the Vibrating screen. The rock fines content of artificial sand should be controlled through choosing reasonable technological parameter depending on gumming technology and equipment characteristics.

4. The rock fines content of artificial sand should be adjusted through the dry type or wet type gumming technology, and according to the special situation choose the suitable gumming equipment. Notes: the gumming equipment should be suitable for different levels of the artificial sand production.
