MBT simulates natural conditions for your feet to walk and run farther and longer. The shoes do work. MBT creates unbalance for your body and feet so you have to react to get used to it,read more. So,I've been wondering what on earth people are thinking about MBT shoes.

From my very personal perspective view, I'd believe that for most people,MBT shoes and Masai Barefoot Technology still remain a big question mark in their heads.

What what what? How how how? Indeed, It is a very creative invention. Karl Mull,who is the inventor,unveiled to us the fact that had been over looked for hundreds (if not thousands) of years. The fact is, human feet are not designed for even ground. For too long have we been walking on clean, flat and hard grounds. For too long have we been riding horses and buses, or flying. We forgot that we are still what we are: living being in the nature.

We sacrificed ourselves to let go of machines. We sacrificed our feet for aesthetic reasons. We sacrificed our health for convenience.

We sacrificed too many things. And it restores all those for us.

With such a little creation, we are back to the nature again.We are walking and running on un-even grounds again. We become as agile as our ancestors again. All those must thank to the great invention. I'm not over praising MBT ,but anything that brings nature back is worthy praising, isn't it? So,what do you think about MBT?
