Measure blood glucose easily at your convenience

Days have gone when we need to go to laboratory to measure our diabetes. Now Blood glucose meter like Accu-check does the work for us with more ease and comfort. This is a great sign of medical development. Science has developed so that we can enjoy the comfort at home but my main purpose to write this article is not to praise accu-check (sometimes spelled accu-chek) but to think on the reasons of diabetes.

Well every 2 out of 5 suffers from diabetes so we need to take medicine for life time. It is a time to ponder about root cause of diabetes. Diabetes is not a single disease but it's a family of diseases. Ill effects of diabetes are: we may suffer from kidney problems; it damages our eyes, creats problems in walking and joints etc. It is really a major disease which erupts from our bad habits only.

Let us see what the root causes of diabetes are, 1. We are very lazy to do exercise/yoga. Great beings say that "if you can't take out time for exercise daily then be prepared for bed-rest for a long time". We don't have time to care about our body also. Yoga/exercise has to do either we are ill or fit. 2. Our negative attitude is also one of the reasons we fall sick. Mental coolness and stability is must for our well-being. 3. Improper medication is also one of the reason we experience diabetes. Many a times people do not know that they have diabetes. Because their ignorance, proper medication could not be taken on time, so it would become hard to control diabetes. Even after detection of diabetes, People avoid to go to physician and lab to test their blood glucose. Thanks to blood glucose meters like accu-check, we can now test our blood sugar at home. To sum up, I would like to tell that be alert for disease like diabetes. Never take things for granted especially for diabetes because as I said diabetes is family of diseases so control it as soon as you can and take help of accu-check .
