Medical Transcription Employers Are Provided

I have just moved to Mimbres, New Mexico

I have just moved to Mimbres, New Mexico. After being here about one year, there are scarce employment opportunities. I want to work. I am a fast typist (90 wpm), have done medical transcription in the past, and do not want my skills to go to waste. The first job I ever held was in a medical center. I have worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional office and received training there as well as working for two state health departments to further my education. I have enjoyed doing medical transcription and would like to continue to do medical transcription jobs at home. The nearest large city is one hour away from where I live. My fianc' is a police officer and he is supporting a daughter who is going to college; therefore, there isn't any monies left over to jump-start my career.

At my age, there doesn't seem to be many opportunities except at higher levels, i.e. management positions, which I have worked but are not available in my area. My sister had told me she has a friend who does medical transcription online and makes about $30,000 a year. The advantages for me working at home is that I can save on gas/time driving to much larger cities and be at home when my future husband will need me. I am currently doing odd jobs here and there which do not pay well and I spend a lot of time doing them. I need someone help me to achieve my goal so I can help contribute to our household income, something steady and reliable. A house in the future seems bleak at this point and I would very much like to own one someday. I am a very responsible person who keeps my "end of the bargain". This is exactly what I need as I sincerely want and need to work. To have this opportunity would not go to waste as I am someone who needs help and would appreciate it by hard work and dedication.
