Medical Translation Workers Says Holidays Are A Time To Loosen Up And Give
At holiday time, we feel extra pressure on ourselves to donate our time and money
. That is one of the reasons why the season is filled with stress and worry for some many people. How do you plan for big family gatherings where everything is expected to go perfectly? How do you handle the time requirements and pressure involved in selecting the perfect gift?
According to a Medical Translation worker, the holidays are actually a time when we remember what it means to be human. Throughout the year, we are bombarded with people telling us that we need to be stingy and materialistic. It is these self-causes that separates us from the rest of the world. Instead, we should continuously be practicing the message of generosity that the world receives during the holidays. When we practice generosity, we come closer together as a society because we see that we all depend on one another. The Medical Translation worker also said that it is not important how much we give, the lesson that we should be learning is that we all should loosened up more and stop clinging to self-serving acts. To this end, even the smallest gesture of generosity begins an evolution toward true letting go and our rigid patterns of relating to others to change.
The Medical Translation worker also provided an example of how she became irritated by a family members comments over a political issue. However, when she allowed herself to release her anger the communication with that person became much more relaxed.
