Yoga has six branches with different functions: hatha yoga, raja, karma, bhakti, jnana and tantra yoga. These six branches has its own unique characteristics that represents a particular approach to life wherein some people find one particular branch which they consider as more inviting than the other.

Now you can choose what kind of Yoga you're going to try and you already know the benefits you can gain from it are. It is being suggested that morning is the best time to do Yoga before eating breakfast and also early evening around sunset.
