John has 25 years of experience in the
commercial moving and installation industry. He worked his way up from the front line and has a thorough understanding of the business. Prior to the Office Mover, John worked as the Head of Business Development and Operations at Precision Moving and Installations. Having experience both on the blue and white collar sides of the industry has given John much more ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Throughout his career, John has developed an impressive network of clients, suppliers, and business partners within the commercial moving industry. With his customer focused attitude and integrity, John has earned a stellar reputation. He now enjoys a loyal customer base and a healthy pipeline for business development.
Michael Allen VP, Operations (part owner)
Michael started in the Commercial Office Moving industry over 20 years ago as a mover at AMJ Campbell. Four years, later, he became the youngest supervisor at the age of 19. During his college years, Michael began branching out to different industries, including retail, insurance, technology, and international trade. After gaining a wealth of experiences across industries, Michael returned to his roots six years ago, when he joined Precision Moving & Installations.
His ability to lead and creatively solve problems quickly moved him up the organization to be the lead dispatcher. Michael has built a reputation of trust and understanding with clients and the forty employees under his leadership. He believes customer service delivered through staff is the winning formula in the business moving industry. He tirelessly leads his staff to provide the best customer service possible.
Michael is also a savvy technologist and understands how to utilize technology to reduce the bottom line of his organization. Aside from utilizing his human resource, Michael believes he can further improve customer experience by coupling that with technology resource at his disposal.
When Michael is not in the office, youll find him teaching martial arts or coaching his sons baseball teams.
Glen Little Manager,
Client Services Glen has over 30 years of experience in the
business moving Toronto industry. Started as a mover in the moving industry, Glen moved through the ranks to move supervisor, warehouse manager, through to account manager where he has a breadth of responsibility including dispatch, sales, and operations.
Glen offers excellent customer service to his clients, as he is able to anticipate issues and communicate effectively to various types of customers, given his customer centric attitude and breadth and depth of experience. With his experience and positive attitude, Glen is well liked by his clients.
In addition to his accomplishments on the business moving industry front, Glen is also a consummate professional in the lacrosse field. As a former lacrosse athlete, Glen is now the President of Junior A. Chiefs in his hometown Burlington where he also coaches junior lacrosse. One of his proudest moments as a lacrosse mentor and coach was when his team won the Canadian Championship with the Oakville Buzz Team in 2006.
