It is true men get turned off by a few things. You want to avoid pushing these buttons; these are real relationship killers. Be very careful about these situations these are things that men get turned off by.

1. Do not engage in male bashing. Avoid saying things like, -Isnt that just like a man.- Avoid saying things like, -All men are .....- and so on. In fact, if you would not like it to be said about women, do not say it about men. Male psychology says that your man will identify with other men and feel that you are criticizing him personally. It is so much better to say good things about men when possible. He will feel that you are saying good things about him.

2. Do not talk too much about how needy you are or how much in love with him you are, if he is not saying the same things about his feelings for you. Do not pressure him to commit to taking the relationship to the next level. It certainly is ok to mention these things when the relationship is getting far along, but good dating advice will tell you to not go much faster than he does when it comes to moving the relationship along. That will make him want to go backwards, not forwards.

3. Do not talk about money or pressure him to tell you how much he has. Do not expect him to spend a lot of money on you unless he freely offers. He will feel used. Men get turned off by this sort of behavior.

4. Do not try to make a guy fall in love with you and make him commit to you by complaining often. Some women seem to do this, thinking they can make him feel guilty for not doing more. She will say something like this, -I was very disappointed that you did not call me last week.- Or she may say this about a gift, -This is not a good gift. I wanted something different.-

What does a woman who says these things think that the attraction will be for Mr. Right? Does she think she can really attract men or attract that special man by complaining? It just does not work. The man will feel trapped and uncomfortable. Complaining will not make a man fall in love.
