Regarding weight-loss in particular, it removes toxins from the body, helps the body to break down fat, and provides a way that that fat can exit your body.

Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will keep your stomach full and your blood sugar high enough.


5. Eat the right breakfast

Dairy products and fruits are both simple carbohydrate foods that your body will quickly turn into sugars that it can use for energy. Have you ever wondered how breakfast got its name? It's the meal that "breaks" your "fast" since your fell asleep. Some health experts even recommend that people exclusively eat fruit before lunchtime. Other foods that can jump-start your day include whole grains, such as whole wheat bread, whole-wheat pancakes, and oatmeal.
