We know both lean muscle and nutrition are key elements in mens health. However, putting those two together can be a challenge. When you lift weights and workout intensely the last thing you want to see is a small plate with a skimpy piece of chicken and modest serving of vegetables. The bottom line is if you eat the right foods youll get positive results; eat the wrong ones and, well, thats a no-brainer.
