Produce your own lotion to massage into the affected area on a regular basis. Mix together 3 cups of body butter with half a cup of oil like jojoba. Use butters like cocoa, mango or aloe. Add coconut oil, a half cup, to it and mix well. Massage this butter onto the affected area daily.
