The micromax Q5 is a brand new micromax mobile phone that has been launched in the Indian market

. This mobile phone is very lightweight and weighs only about 95 grams. The display on this phone is a large 2.2 inch QVGA screen. A key feature of this phone is its dual GSM sim standby capability, a full QWERTY Keypad for faster and more comfortable typing with a track ball for easy navigation of menus, and a 2mega pixel camera that supports video recording as well.

Besides the camera, the Micromax Q5 also comes with a micro usb port for easy and fast data transfer. For streaming of music to a wireless stereo Bluetooth headset it supports A2DP format with its inbuilt Bluetooth module.

The Micromax Q5 has Bluetooth with A2DP support and as far as its other multimedia features go it has a multi format music player which can play formats like MP3, AMR, MIDI and WAV. This phone also has a flight mode to turn the connection off without switching the phone off allowing the use the features of the phone even on a flight. It also comes with multiple messengers, a wireless stereo FM Radio, a multi format video player, sms messaging, pre installed games, Bluetooth with A2DP, support for conference calling, speed dial.

As far as it data connectivity options go it has EDGE, GPRS, WAP and MMS. The price of this phone in the Micromax Mobile price list is around Rs. 4200.

It comes preloaded with the Opera Mini Web Browser, and has an internal memory that can be expanded to up to 2 GB. The display on this Micromax mobile phone is a 2.8-inch full touch display which can display up to 262,000 colors at a resolution of 240X320 pixels.
