Microsoft Excel 2010 Simplified My Daily Tasks

I am currently working as a store manager in Next Super Market

, a store located in the outskirts of New Jersey. It is a small set-up and every employee is expected to multi-task. I am the only person handling the store; managing its resources as well the finances are entirely my responsibility. It is really tough. I tried to reason it out, several times, with my boss that we require additional human resources, but it is all in vain. Finally, it was only a few weeks back that I managed to convince my boss to go from paper to digital. I convinced him to get computers for all managing and financial tasks and also informed him of the usability of Microsoft Excel 2010. He agreed and I had a computer at my disposal.

The first day I started to work on Microsoft Excel 2010, I was totally amused and confused by its complicated structure and toolbars. I tried to manually tweak the options randomly to learn more about their controls and functionality, but couldnt learn a thing. This struggle of mine continued for the next few days until I happened to come across an online tech support firm, while surfing the Internet. Apart from other services, the company claimed that it could provide handy tips on the use of Microsoft Office. I was extremely excited and called on the toll free number of the firm. I got to speak to a tech expert there, who seemed extremely passionate about technology. Besides giving me tips on how to use Microsoft Excel 2010, he also went on to share the usability of several features available with the application that indeed assisted my work profile. He even demonstrated the manual applications of each feature and its accessibility. The expert also mentioned to me about their annual subscription plans that would take care of all hardware and software issues with my computer.

Their charges were decent and affordable, so I ended the conversation after subscribing to one of the plans. Now, I am a premium user of their company and a subscriber for the 2-year plan as well. The simple conversation and useful tips not only made my working schedule easier, it also gave me a systematic approach to handle my work load on Microsoft excel 2010.
