To be eligible to register for the scholarship drawing you need to be 18 years or older and live in the United States. You can also discover more about the Walmart Higher Reach Scholarship opportunity. The scholarship provides $1,000 or more for eligible students. The only condition is that winners have to be consultants at the writing center for 3 years.

The Alliance for Young Writers and Artists also provides another scholarship opportunity. The Carnegie Writing Scholarship is available to Lake Fores College students in Chicago. You need to submit a portfolio of your writing and whoever wins the scholarship they get anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000.
