I can truthfully tell anyone that being an MLM Downline Builder, I search for inspiration and motivation in many areas. One of the things that inspired today's post was watching my little girl practice her Brazilian Martial Arts. She is so passionate, dedicated and committed to what she does. I recall being just like her when I was in gymnastics and sports as a kid too. I was at each training and my purpose was to SHINE. I worked hard to reach for the gold, as they say. I though about that today.. Do I apply that exact same enthusiasm and commitment to my online job as I once did to sports? Do you?

Catch the Spirit

What were you passionate about in the past? What inspired everything you did and drove you? Do you've that identical commitment to your network or MLM marketing which you did to sports activities whenever you were younger or in high school? I believe it's important that we do catch that spirit and use it toward our ambitions as MLM Downline Builders. In order to reach our desired goals and aspirations we must be driven. We need to be motivated and possess an inner strength. Otherwise it really is going to turn out to be just like any other 9 - 5 job you do to get through the day and pay the bills.

Finding Your Inner Strength

So what can you do to grasp that enthusiasm, drive and determination and put it into play in your business? Well, the very first thing a person can do is NEVER lose sight of what your objectives and dreams are. Write them out and article them above your desk, on the wall, on the refrigerator - anywhere you can to continuously remind you. Place an image of your ideal vacation in places you can easily see it. Spend some time each day before beginning work to think about those goals and draw upon that inner reserve. This will help on the days whenever you do not feel like working or take your role as a powerful MLM Downline Builder.

Be Committed

This is another key to anybody who wants to succeed. You need to be committed to what you are doing. Sure there are likely to be days when you prefer to give up and quit. All of us have those. But you were not able to do that whenever you played sports and you can't do it now. Find a 'coach" or mentor who won't let you quit exactly like your real coach would not when you were in an activity as a teenager.

Look for the Bigger Picture

Look ahead to where you want to be 10 years from now. What you would like for your kids and your family. This is a great way to draw on that inner strength. Knowing that you're helping other people in their business and they depend on you can be a great motivator and to show them how to become good MLM Downline Builder too. If you are not already helping another person than find another person to mentor, help or simply encourage. If you have to have even more motivation go watch some kids practice their sport and grab some of that passion for yourself!
