The MLM industry is a great industry which is responsible for a lot of millionaires

. Although its a great industry which has made countless millionaires. The majority of Network Marketers make no more than ten dollars a week!

Its a sad reality that over 90% of Network Marketers make no more than $10 a week yet the top 5% make millions. The only conclusion one can come to is that the top 5% have figured something out that the rest of us just don't know.

The top 5% know the secrets, they know what works and how to take advantage of the leverage this industry provides. In order to reach six or seven plus figures a year in this industry, you need to take advantage of the leverage.

Some people think its all about recruiting new reps. While that's true, there's only a certain amount of reps one man can sponsor every day. The real money is in duplication. What makes a MLM's work are tools, systems and presentations. Those three things will make your MLM company work, but not make you 7 plus figures.

With tools, systems and presentations you can enrol people into your MLM company. To reach 7+ figures, you need duplication. You need a duplicatable set of tools, a working system and presentations your team can plug their prospects into. Once you put all that into the mix, work at it, be consistent and you should be looking at a 7 figure income a year down the line.

Something we all must face is that we cant all be good at everything. Not everyone can be an Internet guru or great at presentations and not everyone is great with people. The sooner you learn that, the better. This is why you need to establish who is the best at certain things. If someone is particularly good at giving presentations, have them record one which the rest of your team can send their prospects to. The point is, leverage the people with special skills. Leverage your team, leverage the Internet and leverage tools.
