Mlm Mentors And Motivators

I have had many MLM mentors and many motivators

. Some of them have been with MLM companies I have joined. Some have been through motivational tapes Ive purchased. When I was in school I was taught how to read and write. I was taught math, history, science and many other subjects, but I was never taught how to believe in me and all of my potential. Many of my mentors have helped me to believe in my potential.

Some people learn from their parents that they are going do something great with their lives. Others are not told how much potential they have. What if you were a person who worked in the mill in your town? Your father worked in the mill, and his father had also worked in the mill. You decided you wanted something different, but all you knew was mill work. A person comes along and shows you the Multilevel Marketing concept. You are inspired and join. What do you do next? You are like a farm person who just got dropped into New York City. Where do you go, and who do you trust? What do you do next? This is how many people feel when they first come into a MLM Company? This would be such a new concept for a person who has worked for someone, like a mill worker. You are use to going to work and putting in your eight hours. At the end of two weeks, you get money for your labor. You are now starting a business where you will put in many hours learning the business. You will go out and talk to people about your business. At first there will be a lot of effort with very little monetary reward. Over time, with much persistence, you will be putting in less effort for the monetary value you will receive if you have built a strong organization with many leaders.

To start with the person who brought you into the MLM business need to take you by the hand and show you the way to being a success. That is what a mentor does. They should also tell you over and over how much they believe in you. For every little step you take towards your goals, they should praise you. Why is that important? Its important because everything is new. You have never walked this way before. They need help you with your phone calls. They need to go with you when you have set up a one on one meeting. Being available to you by helping you build your confidence, the more confident you become the better your chances of being successful in your MLM business.

If you are left in the city without help, you will feel lost and discouraged. You will return back to the mill. You will return back to what was familiar to you. You are going to feel like a rat in a cage with no way out. The problem now is you have seen what Multilevel Marketing can do for you if you can only find your way. I had Mike and Barb who showed me they cared about me and looked forward to my success. There was Michael who explained to me it wasnt my fault. He explained the many MLM companies I had joined were only interested in their bottom line. I would have had to bring in a ton of people into my MLM group to experience the success I wanted. Michael explained that I needed to find a company that was more interested in the success of their reps. He explained if the Company focuses on the success of their reps the company will make more money. My mentors and motivator have been very important in my life by showing how much they cared for me and in my success.
