. Thousands of people join a MLM company every month and around ninety percent of them drop out three months later. Why do they drop out? Lets wait and see.

People drop out of the MLM industry because a business was not what they bargained for. They wanted a simple business in a box which is completely automated and requires no work whatsoever. The MLM industry is not easy. It requires time, effort and a lot of dedication.

Some people go years before they have any success in the MLM industry and there is a good reason for that. People are people. Most people will never change, they always stick to their simple follower mindsets. In order to make real money in this industry, you need to be a leader. You need to be the guy who is leading the heard instead of a follower.

If someone likes your opportunity after you begged them to join, who will they join? Will they join the desperate guy or will they seek out someone will great leadership, business skills and someone who has had some success. Ofcourse, people will always look for the best leader to join.

Unless your unique and your own person in this industry, no one is going to join you. You need to be different, somewhat unique. A lot of people just join a company and listen to what their upline tells them. All the big leaders hold presentations, live training webinars and sell generic information products.

If you want to stand out from the heard and sponsor more reps then you need to stop pitching people on your MLM company! You need to start giving away free information, holding generic training webinars and selling educational products which are solutions instead of pitching them your MLM.
