The MLM business requires you to sponsor people and it requires you to sell. If you hate selling then you need to learn an alternative like Internet Marketing.
Using the Internet it is very possible to sponsor people into your MLM Company on complete autopilot. It requires some work, but a lot of it can be outsourced. Most Networkers end up pitching a few of their friends and family to get rejected by all of them. This leaves them with no hope as they have no one else to pitch so therefore, they drop out.

The hard part is actually sponsoring those leads into your MLM Company. I generate leads all the time, it doesn't mean that I'm a successful Network Marketer. It means I generate leads and nothing more. It doesn't matter how many leads you generate if you can't close a door.
Actually sponsoring people is something you can master over time. You need to be able to build relationships and sponsor your leads into your MLM business. MLM sponsoring is all about building relationships. If your prospect likes you and thinks he can learn from you, he will join your business.
