Mo Abudu - The Woman, The Wonder - Part 1

There are few TV personalities that have been as illustrious in a short span of time as Mosunmola Abudu, or Mo Abudu , as she is popularly known

. Her glorious career is what is visible to everybody. However, few know how much struggle she has had to go through, and how, like a phoenix, she arose from the ashes after the death of her father to realize all her dreams, and more.

Born in London to the Akintundes, Mo Abudu , had to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria at the tender age of 7, and was sent to stay at her grandmother's in Ondo state to get a deeper understanding of the African culture. For Mo, shifting base from the UK to Ondo was a big cultural leap, but surprisingly, even at an age when children don't know how to conduct themselves properly, she was able to adapt herself to the surroundings. Maybe she always had something special in her all along!

Mo Abudu , started her secondary school education at the Fiwasaye Girls Grammar School, all the while staying with her grandparents, who were Cocoa farmers, as a result of which, she spent many holidays tending goats and growing Cocoa beans. Just one year, at the age of 12, Mo's father died, and she returned to the UK to complete her schooling. First, she attended the Hammersmith County Secondary School for one year, and later moved to Kent, where she lived with a guardian and attended the Ridgeway School. After her schooling, she attended the West Kent College and MidKent College. She is a Masters in HR Management from the University of Westminster, London, and is also a member of the British Psychological Society.

Her key personality trait has been that of being very ambitious, which led her to always try different things, and ultimately rise to the heights of success at a position she is still holding strong.
