If you are a vendor in a country whose primary language is not English, it would be wise for you to hire mobile app developers with proper or at least decent English speaking skills and can communicate with clients at a professional level. I have seen a number of relationships severed due to communication errors where there have not been any problems in the technical area and the software developer is technically very sound.
One of the best ways to avoid this problem would be that a mobile app solutions company should be able to take in fresh developers and train them to be able to deliver in 4-6 months of their training.
