One of my personal favourite Melbourne personal training locations would have to be the early morning sessions at Williamstown, with the unspoilt views across the Yarra River to Melbourne's great skyline and a rising sun in the background it is an unbeatable combination to make sure that no matter how hard the personal training session is, it is always enjoyed by myself and my clients as a memorable personal training experience.
