Mobile website development is now the trend in building websites. The fact there is 4 times mobile phone users in the world as there are computers accessing the Internet at the same time made it mandatory for any business to put mobile website development at the top priority, including the biggest names in the world like Google.

You can download it from WordPress.org and install it on your server. It gets even easier now because most web hosting have the option to install WordPress with a click of a button.
With WordPress you'll build your website normally like you do with computer users in mind. The difference is that you'll install some plugins that will make your website mobile friendly.
Here are the steps so that you follow along until you finish your mobile website development using WordPress:
1. Install WordPress. As mentioned above, you can either download it from WordPress.org, unzip it, change the wp-config-sample.php file following the instructions in the readme.txt file that comes with it, and upload it to your server with an FTP software like filezilla, or if you hosing company has the option you can automatically install it on your server.
2. Log in to your WordPress dash board and click on "plugins" from the side menu. From the new plugin menu click "add new" and search for "WordPress PDA & iPhone". Install it and activate it.
3. Repeat step 2 again and search for "iPhone theme switcher" plug in. Install it and activate it.
These plugins are not only for iPhone.They are the only plug ins I tested that together made my websites visible on all kinds of cell phones with tiny screen sizes and don not belong to the smart phone category. It detects whether your website is being read by a cell phone or a computer and switches themes accordingly.
