Moms Work From Home Cooking Mouth Watering Chicken Tenders!

First you will need Strips of Chicken, white breast meat. Next Butter Milk and your favorite chicken breading. Also you will need a fryer, we use a fry daddy at home.

Next turn on your fryer and put at 350 degrees, let the oil warm up.

Take your strips of white breast meat and put into your chicken flower covering the entire strip. Then put into the Butter Milk coating the chicken strip entirely. Put the chicken strip back into the chicken flower for final coating.

When placing the chicken strips into the fryer, do it one strip at a time so your Chicken strips do not stick together. This would cause the chicken not to be cooked Properly. And make for bad quality of finished cook strips.

Cook the chicken strips for approximately 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until the chicken Is floating at top of the oil. Some chicken strips are thinner, some are thicker so the 4 minutes and 30 seconds is an estimate and not the rule.

After your chicken strips are floating , lift the basket out of the oil and let the oil Drip off your strips approximately 30 seconds.

Now put your Crispy, Juicy, Golden Brown, Mouth Watering Chicken Strips on your plates. Put your favorite dipping sauce in a small container filled with, Honey Mustard, Ranch Dressing, Sweet N Sour Sauce, whatever your taste buds love on your chicken strips, on the side of your plate.
