to the automotive aftermarket at this year's AAPEX Show in Las Vegas. According to Al Haberstroh, MontAd president, Predictive Engagement will revolutionize how aftermarket companies use their websites to connect with visitors on an individual basis.

Companies can now build real-time, predictive individual profiles and scores. These scores are used to determine when and to whom engagements should be delivered, and the scores and profiles are continually updated and refined, with every return visit and every page click. To further enhance these scores and profiles, a client can establish additional "rules" that result in a visitor receiving specific interactions when certain thresholds are met. For instance, a company may create a rule that presents a survey to any user who visits its online catalog three times in a five-day period and spends at least two minutes in each visit. The survey could ask users whether the catalog was easy to navigate, and what other content they would like to see in the catalog. In this instance, Predictive Engagement helps the company get valuable feedback on an important part of its website from a visitor who has exhibited behavior that indicates he or she is an active user of that kind of content.
