While there are many places to visit in Mexico, it is always advised that you plan your trip with some breathing room as there may be one particular place that you fall in love with and therefore choose to spend more time in. The attitude of a Mexican holiday is relaxed and by no means rushed. The atmosphere is balmy weather, beautiful beaches, friendly people and great food.

It is generally quite an affordable place to holiday in, especially when the US dollar is stable. Meals are usually very well priced and accommodation costs are quite reflective of the quality of the place you choose. The national currency is known as Pesos and currency exchange should ideally be done prior to leaving your own country to avoid being ripped off.
