These will never be answered until someone does notice you and shell out money to buy from you. The significance of that first sale for any business cannot be underestimated. It is considered a turning point of your venture. A sale, no matter how small, is a proof that you can indeed continue travelling the direction you are currently taking.

If you have not made a sale yet, make it your ultimate goal to make one no matter how long it takes. Having to work and wait for it can be demoralizing and disheartening, especially if you think you have done everything that was written on the book. Seeing no immediate results from your efforts can make you lose heart and want to give up. But it is not true that your efforts are going nowhere because you are in fact creating a strong foundation for your business. You are slowly driving people to your site so they will eventually purchase whatever it is you are offering.

The three most important elements of making a sale online are creating content, getting people to read the content and turning those readers into potential customers. Of course, it would take more work and ingenuity when you put these three into action. You need the right strategies and the right people to target. But you don't need sophisticated technology to do this. Keep your focus and make your goal attainable. Aim for what is important first and everything else will follow suit.
