We all Struggle with time management. Be it at work, at school, or in our life. All we can do is realize that there are only 24 hours in a day and figure out a way to utilize the best of it. Looking back into my past there has been days that just went by without getting work done. I always had problems with managing myself in time. Then I realized that all you have to do is work harder at being focused on one thing at a time. All that matters is to attack your distraction and get to the root of it. Whatever the problem is you must cut the fuel to that fire. Its extremely hard to do, but it must be done. Another great way to manage yourself in time is to find out what makes you motivated to work. Some people enjoy music, dancing, nature, its best to find what works for you. Most importantly its time to get into Work "mode" and focus on top priorities that are on your mind.

One of the dismal points of reality is that people get stuck in one point and don't want to move forward. Have you seen this before? Its either the old boss who has been working for the company for over 25 years and just doesn't want to move on. The words "laid off" resemble an extreme poverty situation in their mind. In all seriousness some people just need to find some passive income so that they are not tied up in chains to their main job. The whole point of a job is to gain experience, obtain income, and move on to the next better paying job. Ancient folks have said that you will stay with one job the rest of your life. Thinking about it now, just makes me sick to my stomach to imagine somebody working at afastfood place their whole life. Its not a surprise to find six or seven different jobs on a college students resume. Hopefully people don't become depressed because they lost their job and now have nothing to turn to -- Move on! There are plenty more ways to earn income! Its time to make choices, plan for the worst, and hope for the best!
