Muscle Building For Skinny People - What Do We Really Have To Do To Finally Gain Muscle

Muscle building for skinny people is a nightmare, both for guys and gals. As an ectomorph I have frequently had trouble with putting on muscle myself.

Now there is a kind of trick to it but you can't be very lazy when doing it, everybody actually "knows" this trick but the main problem is of course that no one is Doing it, do you know what it is?

"Eat More Food"


Everyone knows this "hidden secret", in fact so many of us know it that it is no longer a secret. Of course when going more in detail into this matter you will find out that there is a bit more to it than eating more.

Recently there are professional bodybuilders out there that know a good deal about muscle building for skinny people, mainly because they were previously skinny themselves, I have listened to a few interviews spread all over the interwebs and here is what I've learned.

These guys know how the body works, they spend their free time studying books about the food we eat and implementing the things that they learn in the textbooks to their lives.

Its About Life-style

What you do outside the fitness center must be in tune with what you perform inside, what do I mean by that? I mean that aside from hitting the gym the pros never smoke cigarettes, drink very rarely(or not at all in my case), they try to minimise day to day stress, consume the right types of nutrients(they know all the little specifics) and of course sleep more than 8 hours(its different for each one of us).

Many people who repeatedly abuse themselves with all of those guilty pleasures like junk food and alcohol either turn out fat or in the instance of us ectomorphs, no results at the gymnasium(though I did manage to get a big belly at one time).

I myself have done all the completely wrong things when it comes to body building, oddly enough I still made some gains, the main reason being, in my opinion, because I did not drink, I did not smoke and I always got enough rest. I ALSO NEVER GAVE UP...

Bottom line

Bottom line is, a good lifestyle is what makes you to build muscles, keep in mind that its the small things that have the most influence on our lives.

You can complain about not having plenty of time all you want, it only takes 5 minutes to write out your grocery checklist, why not write down what you should really be eating.

Try to remember that we are all given the same amount of time on our planet, its what you do with it that is important.
