As a long time fitness professional, I have noticed countless individuals frustrated

What is worse, they became so frustrated with following these so-called fat burning gurus workout and diet programs, that they fell even deeper into bad eating habits once they stopped their magic fat burning program. They were so frustrated with their very strict fat burning diet that once they are off the program they would go crazy binging. So they would go in the wrong direction and go from maximum fat burning to maximum fat storing.


The worst part is that all of these individuals were following the typically recommended fat burning exercise and fad diet programs that were all the rage of the moment. They were doing what millions of other people were doing to burn fat fast. Unfortunately they did not get the fat burning results they had hoped for.

After talking with these friends and asking about their so called magical fat burning exercise routines, I noticed one common thing that kept coming up in the discussions. These fat burning exercise routines were focused on the short term fat loss which is the wrong way to go about it. They weren't thinking about the health and fitness lifestyle, but instead they were thinking about burning fat fast to look great in swimsuit for their next vacation. But you should not blame them, and you definitely should not blame yourself if you have fallen into the crazy cycle of silly fad exercise and diet programs. Everybody wants to achieve what they know in their hearts they are capable of so badly, and thats why they are such easy prey to this lose weight quick and burn fat fast mentality.

Many individuals in todays modern society are approaching health and fitness in the wrong way, and they're not going to burn fat and get the body they want because of it.
