Take time out for yourself.


A little bit of relaxation will do wonders for your sanity and your skin. Try to allot some time every week to do healthy things you enjoy, like playing sports, going on a date with your partner or getting a massage. This may not be part of your official skin care regimen, but it should be because easing stress levels does improve your complexion.

Get serious about your skin care routine.

Now's the time to start really treating your skin to what it needs. Customize your skin care routine to what you know is effective, and stick with it. You may need to exfoliate once a week or more or use additional products that target wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.

Consider getting a medical grade peel.

You may begin to notice the development of lines, fine wrinkles, acne and light pigmentation problems. Be proactive and stop these problems from getting worse by getting a peel.
