How is mission progression handled in Spec-Ops
Players will earn stars depending on what difficulty they chose for any mission. Completing a mission on normal earns a person one, hardened earns you two, and veteran earns you three.
After so many stars are earned you' ll unlock the following tier of mission. 16 stars is enough to unlock all 16 missions.
Exactly what does the player level do in Spec-Ops
Spec-Ops features a completely separate player progression system that' s nearly the same as the versus multiplayer. While you play missions you' ll earn experience which counts towards your co-op level. Each time you level up you' ll earn unlocks that are used in the game' h survival mode.
These upgrades and unlocks include not only weapons, but upgrades to the weapons along with abilities to call in like a predator missile or the turret.

Lots of co-op fun here, and bragging rights to be earned. Nothing better than giving mates an earful following you' ve revived them for your 10th time in Success. Spec Ops is also pretty cool playing solo. I' ve managed level 20 in Survival on my own after earning some of the more powerful unlocks, so it' s entirely possible to have blast without friends.

Now that we have been enjoying (well the majority of us) MW3 for a couple weeks, there are a few issues, which we have already highlighted for you. However, one of the greatest issues for Modern Warfare 3 is revenge spawns. We've been hearing from a number of our readers that this is their worst hate of the game, but it' s not the very first time to appear on a Call of Duty title. As a result this will cause a problem with MLG.
It may get rather annoying whenever you kill someone, as they are probably to spawn near you, and for those of you new to the franchise just understand this, they will be there ready to put a bullet in you. Now it' s hard to understand why the developer wanted to keep this in the game " maybe it was to maintain it fast paced. Nevertheless, it' s cool to get some payback if you have just been killed.
A few of our readers believe that MW3 was designed with bad respawning, as all you get is revenge spawns. The main issue here is Modern Warfare 3 will not make it as the competitive MLG game.
Thankfully there is news that this bad respawning will see a fix in the future, and it needs to be in order to become compatible with MLG. It looks as though Major League Gaming is counting on this change in order to support Modern Warfare a few, but that' s not the only real issue. We say this because MW3 does not support Local area system (LAN), which means that it' s limited to online play. Modern Warfare 2 was just the same and thus will be full associated with latency issues for MLG.
