Heading to the gym in Cardiff last week I was sat in traffic outside David Lloyd gym Caridff, when the car behind chose to hit into the back of my car. Securing the car and curbing my furry, I got out to ensure the person behind was alright and what had possessed him to hit my car.

On getting out of the car I found my shoulders and neck were really sore and the back of my car had a fantastic impression of the car behind's bonnet D'oh! Stood in the middle of a busy dual carriageway, ended up pacifying a very nervous 18yr old who was very sorry that he had hit my car.

As I was already on my way to my Cardiff Gym to see my Cardiff Personal Trainer, I decided I may as well carry on driving to the gym in Cardiff central. During my session with my Cardiff Personal Trainer explained that I had had a low impact bump. As part of my weighloss training program, the Cardiff Personal Training Company also conducts very thorough rehabilitation training, which is why I go to the gym in Cardiff, as it is the best gym I have come across in years.

After an hour of the usual weighloss training, I found that I had more movement in my neck and my constant headache was slowly receeding. These are not benefits I have associated with other Cardiff Personal Training companies.

A week on from my accident, I am heading back to the gym in Cardiff for a follow up on training, as though I have seen a Cardiff based chiropractor a number of times, I still need the expertise of a Cardiff Sports Therapist to assist in my newly developed bad neck and shoulders, along with my ongoing weighloss training.
