My Eat-That-Chix-Wing Experience

My Eat-That-Chix-Wing Experience

Business in Philadelphia is nothing like nowhere else. This city saved me when the recession was busy killing other people's bread-and-butter. Thanks to patience and perseverance and staff who stayed with me, our branch in Philly keeps us all in riding that luxurious limousine in Philadelphia.

Although I'm from the The Garden State, I feel the Brotherly Love the city wraps around me. Last February, I went to Philly for some business consultation. It was dead tiring but worth it as we closed the business deal with promising success. My favorite chauffeur from a limo rental Philadelphia company opened my door and gave me that smile that said "You can rest now buddy."

He was damn right. I never went to the hotel the night before. Me and my staff dined, took a bath, and prepared for the presentation for the morning. At 8 A.M. we were done.

I sat next to the chauffeur and we talked about his patience for staying the whole night for emergency purposes which fortunately never happened. He gave me the next chauffeur who will take care of my airport car service in Philadelphia. I knew he was tired waiting and I insisted that. Although I only trust his service, I knew his friend can manage an airport limo PA service.

So while he was building up his friend's ability to do a car service in Philadelphia, we passed by a street where a poster or flyer was advertising a chicken-wing eating contest. I asked my chauffeur what it was all about, instead he convinced me to see it for myself.

I needed a release. It was a long night and I knew fun Philly-style can cure that disease. So went at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center and we were just on time. Guys were in front of some 20,000 people, I guess. We can smell that good ol, mouthwatering deep friend chicken.

When the referee (?) signaled the contestants for a go, the contestants ate those wings like no tomorrow. Two guys were really at it. A guy nicknamed "Not Rich" and Mr. Jonathan "Super" Squibb from my own New Jersey soil. I have never seen people ate chiken way that way.

My brother Super Squibb won for the second consecutive year with 238 chicken wings in his stomach. That made me proud to go home with a successful business deal, a champion brother, and a bucket of chicken wings.
