If you are someone who can't stop thinking "I want my ex back now," what you need to know is that your ex wants to see that you can maturely handle the break up and that you have the stability to still live your life after it.

A lot of men and women do things like calling and texting their ex several times a day, they flood their ex with gifts, and they smother their ex by showing up at places they know their ex will be, worst of which being their job.

This is no way to get your ex back in your arms. What you need to do is get a proven system to get your ex back or you should give your ex time to be alone. Let them be by themselves for a week or two before you contact them to talk about the problems you both feel ended the relationship.

After the two of you can identify those problems, then the two of you should talk about what you both can do to fix them together. This is what you should do if you are in a "I want my ex back" situation.
