My Experence with CancerI was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer on 10-23-09 and was told it was so bad that surgery would not help me. This is the last thing I expected as my family had heart attacks and diabetis. My children was told I had very little time and one of the doctors sent me home with hospice which meant they were going to make it confortable for me to leave her. Sign your name on the dotted line and we won't try to start your heart if it just suddenly stops. I did not realize I was signing my death warrent. Everything in me was screaming to stay alive and it seemed like everyone was against me.

I went to a nursing home for two months. when I checked into the home I looked at the wass and ask God how long will I be here and God spoke to me in my spirit and said two months. I could not get out of my bed and was in a wheel chair. I could not get physical theraphy no insurance. I decided I was not going to lay in bed all day long and lose any more of my muscle mass as I had lost about forty pounds by this time it was hard for me to eat anything.
The human spirit is an awsome thing. When we set our mind to it we really can do anything and I had decided I was going to live and declare the works of my father. God blessed me because I keep saying to myself I am getting better and better every day. I did not want chemo or radiation, my husband told me if I took this I would die because he had colon cancer in 87 and he said he was alive because he did not take it.
I spent a year going to several hospitals to get the water drained around my lungs and finally my heart. I decided I was going home so I told the nursing home I have hospice I am going home now i was walking and eatting alot better from sheer determination. The nursing home director slipped and said we did not think you would leave here.
I prayed hard read my bible and talked to God alot. I was not ready to die and go to heaven. My children's children was still babies and they needed their grandmother to help teach them the word of God. God's word says the last enemy to be destroyed is death and so I know the spirit of death is my enemy and I started declaring I will live and not die, and I fought with everything in me to live.I finally started taking a pill called Femara which is a hormon blocker of estrogen and it has helped but my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory. Phillipians 4:19
Thank you Father for helping to live to set at the Thanksgiving table with my children. If you have your health you are rich indeed.
