When I arrived for my installation appointment, everything went smoothly. Installation was done while I waited, and took less than an hour. The waiting room was clean and had many chairs and magazines that helped me pass the time. I would say my experience, on the whole, was quite positive. I will certainly use Discount tire coupons again in the future when I need new tires.
