If you notice that of late your man has been distancing himself then don't panic as that will only exacerbate the situation. Instead take a step back and think with a cool head. All is not lost and you can still get him back if you know the real reasons. Here is what you should try.

Don't kick yourself

Your first reaction will be to blame yourself; however, you fail to realize that there could be hundred other reasons for him to do so. Go over the events of the past few weeks carefully and try and zero in on the exact cause. Only when you are sure of the reason will you be able to attempt winning him back.

Respect his desire

No matter what the reason is, respect his decision to stay away. At least he didn't create a scene and leave. Give him time to collect himself. Maybe he is under severe stress or feeling pressured.

Carry on living

His going away from you though a significant development in your life it is not the end of the world for you. Carry on with your life as if nothing big has happened and focus on your priorities. If it was nothing significant he will come back without a murmur.

Speak to him
