My Oh My! I'm Excited To See My Delivery Man

It's going to chronicle my process (and my friend, Lisa, that I'm dragging along) as we do the HCG diet. We're using prescription HCG through Prescription HCG Diet Direct. Right now I'm reprimanding myself for my impatience since I found myself out on the porch several times today looking for a package that hasn't really had time to arrive yet. I am a bit overexuberant. I'll admit it. The order was sent in the day before yesterday so I'm a bit nutty to think that the delivery man might be arriving today...but there it is.

Sometimes odd shipping quirks do result in unbelievably fast turnaround times. It's possible that my products could have been delivered today. But....nope! There are no packages awaiting me on my porch. Lisa's haven't arrived yet either. (Am I allowed to admit that I'll be bugged if she gets her's first? Or will that make me a lesser person in your eyes?) I'll have to note here that I'm an avid online shopper and it's left me spoiled. I expect everyone to take a credit card. I expect everyone to provide a full inventory online. And I expect inexpensive and FAST shipping.

So far Prescription HCG Diet Direct has met all of my high expectations. I got to make my purchase online through a secure shopping cart. They took Visa, Mastercard and Discover as payment options. And they had everything I needed available with a no hassle online buying process.

And if you take into consideration the speed with which my order was processed for shipment you'll agree with me that their shipping process is likely to be quick as well. (I got the email notifying me that my order had been "shipped" within 4 hours of my order). I picked a fabulous company for Lisa and I to work with on the HCG diet, don't you agree?

Next day delivery is a bit of a ridiculous expectation so that doesn't count. I still say that Prescription HCG Diet Direct is meeting my expectations even though my "stuff" didn't arrive today. I just need to take a couple deep breaths and live in the world of reality. Because realistically speaking...they don't live next door to me and the stuff is going to have be somehow transported physically from somewhere...to my house. And that takes time. To distract myself I've been doing some research.

I stumbled across a ton of HCG diet recipes so far. Some of them seem really good. And some of them seem a little TOO good. (That means that I'm fairly positive that in using them I would be breaking one or more basic HCG protocol requirements). I figure that once my package arrives I'll depend upon the cookbook at first and then once I've got a grip on what's what, I'll be able to wade through some of the online options and pull a few appropriate HCG approved recipes to try.

Get ready to be proud of me. I'm going to do so well on this diet. I'm so prepared that I'd have to say that I'm overly prepared. Now I just need to learn to wait! Where is that delivery man?
